1. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Vision4Fun Software and Entertainment Technologies Trade Co. Ltd. - shop.vision4fun.com Membership Agreement

Article 1 - Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") has been established electronically between Vision4Fun Software and Entertainment Technologies Trade Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the owner of the electronic commerce platform operating under the domain name shop.vision4fun.com, and the internet user ("Member") who is a member of the website.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the member's membership to the site.

Article 3 - Member's Rights and Obligations

• The member accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate.

• The member declares that he/she will use the site in accordance with the law and morality.

• The member accepts that he/she will not engage in activities that violate the rights of other users.

• The member cannot share his/her personal password and account with third parties. All responsibility belongs to the member.

Article 4 - Rights and Obligations of the Company

• The Company is obliged to store the information provided by the member in accordance with the KVKK.

• The Company reserves the right to change or stop its services at any time.

• The Company has the right to unilaterally change the membership terms.

Article 5 - Termination

The member may cancel his/her membership at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate the membership if the member acts contrary to this agreement.

Article 6 - Resolution of Disputes

Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise from this agreement.
